This report systematizes the lessons learned and results of the Sustainable Network Project, carried out in southeastern Pará, focusing on strengthening family farming by expanding access to markets. Based on a participatory diagnosis with more than 300 families, the work identifies challenges and opportunities in the production chains and presents practical paths for organization, production, logistics, and marketing. The material also brings together the main strategies and actions co-created with actors in the territory, highlighting the role of alliances, capacity building, and collective construction to promote sustainable territorial development.
